World’s Largest Selection of Wedding Dresses, according to the WORLD RECORD ACADEMY.
“Kleinfeld is the leader in bridal fashion, with the largest selection of exclusive American and European bridal gowns. Kleinfeld is dedicated to providing brides with unparalleled gown selection, exceptional service, couture alterations and trusted wedding services,”
The Knot reports.
“For more than 70 years, thousands of brides have traveled to Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City to find their wedding day looks. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’ll feel the magic of Kleinfeld,” the
official website says.
“Not only does Kleinfeld have 30,000 square feet filled with the largest selection of wedding dresses in the world, it also has the greatest professional staff of over 200 employees who are dedicated to finding and perfecting your bridal look.”
“Kleinfeld might just be the most famous bridal salon in the world, and for good reason: First off, the store itself is huge, with commodious dressing rooms, inviting viewing areas, mirrors galore, the better to see yourself in one of the glorious creations. Even so, the store employs 200 dedicated bridal specialists so that the entire process—from browsing to delivery—is as smooth as possible. The consultants are experienced and knowledgeable, trained to interpret a bride’s dress desires and guide her to that magic moment of…well, saying yes to the dress!” the
Here Comes The Guide reports.
“But with over 60 years of history, Kleinfeld has been a wedding tradition long before it became the subject of the hit TV series, Say Yes to the Dress; in fact, many brides (some journeying from a fair distance) consider a trip to Kleinfeld with her mother and BFF an important pre-wedding ritual. More often than not, they end up being seduced by the quality service and oodles of glamorous gowns on display.
“Owners Ronnie and Mara are very hands-on with their iconic store, and have a clearly stated goal in mind at all times: “We want your experience in our store to be as memorable as your wedding day.” From what we’ve heard, they’re succeeding admirably.”

Say Yes to the Dress
“Say Yes to the Dress is an American reality television series on TLC which follows events at Kleinfeld Bridal in Manhattan. The series shows the progress of individual sales associates, managers, and fitters at the store, along with profiling brides as they search for the perfect wedding dress.
“Common themes include overwhelming advice of friends and family, the ability of the “perfect dress” to help a bride overcome personal difficulty, struggle with weight and body image concerns, and the challenge of staying in budget, especially in the case of dresses by Kleinfeld’s exclusive designer, Pnina Tornai (one of the few designers ever mentioned by name in the show). Dresses sold on the show range from $1,300 to $40,000.” (Wikipedia)
“I had avoided Kleinfelds for months because I was told they rushed you and were unfriendly. That couldn’t have been more wrong. Highly recommend.”
“We did not end up buying there, but I wanted to write a review because our experience was so wonderful and there were so many beautiful dresses!!! We never felt pressured, either, just taken care of.”
“I have seen “Say Yes to the dress” and although I have enjoyed watching, we just wanted a pleasant, low key experience. I was concerned with it’s notoriety and worried we’d run into snooty attitudes or excess (since the show does love drama). What a wonderful surprise. We had a great time. The whole experience was really fabulous. Highly recommend.”
“We all left the shop feeling so happy and upbeat. It’s truly a well oiled machine, I don’t know how they do it with so much stock and so many brides trying on dresses, yet make it feel very personalized, special and the attentiveness.
I would highly recommend this shop, it was a fantastic experience for my daughter and her two guests.”
